Shipping

Standard Shipping

 

Flat-rate, standard shipping applies to all orders unless otherwise selected. Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM EST to start processing the next day. The estimated processing time is 2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. Holidays. Orders will arrive 5 to 7 business days from when the order is processed.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available to customers at an additional cost. If you wish to receive expedited shipping, please indicate at checkout. Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM EST to start processing the next day. The estimated processing time is 2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. Holidays. Orders will arrive 1 to 3 business days from when the order is processed.

International Shipping

 

Unfortunately at the time, we are not accepting international orders. Please subscribe to receive future updates and status changes.

Backordered Items

​

Backordered items will ship as they become available. If we do not have the inventory to ship your order within 4 business days of order placement, the customer may choose to cancel the backordered item(s). Please Note: If purchase order contains multiple items, backordered items will ship separately from the rest of the purchase order.

In response to COVID-19 and to ensure the safety of our team and our customers, we have decided to enforce a FINAL SALE POLICY. Until further notice, all items are final sale. No refunds or store credit will be given at this time.

​

Damaged Items  

​

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of initial delivery. Please contact us at contactus@beautifulfetishboutique.com. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a response. Please include your full name, order number, a picture, and a description of the damaged item.

How to Return  

 

Once a request is submitted, the request will be approved or denied via email within 48 business hours. If approved, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be returned  within 7 business days of approval date. Packing slip is required in order to complete your return. In the event that the item is deemed damaged and the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund the full purchase price.
